Abstract

Alireza Hussani, with a Master’s degree in Intercultural Conflict Management from Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences, Berlin (2019-2021), holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Political Science from Kabul University (2013–2016) and Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Afghanistan (2014–2018). His career began with an internship at the Asia Foundation's Afghanistan office in the policy and research department in 2016, followed by a role as an assistant to UN experts at the administrative office of Afghanistan’s president from February 2017 to October 2018. He also served as the Deputy Country Director for the Afghan Girls Financial Assistance Fund (AGFAF), a US-based NGO aiding Afghan girls in pursuing undergraduate studies abroad. Hussani is currently a Research Fellow at the Institute of Communication for Social Change and Development at Leipzig University, where he continues his extensive research work.
