In our group laboratories, staff and students from our teaching department primarily conduct survey or observation studies on media use, media reception and media effects. They are combined with several other laboratories at the institute to form the "Leipzig Experimental Laboratory for Communication and Media Studies" and are used across the institute as part of the "Leipzig Experimental Laboratory for Social Sciences".

Two rooms are available for group studies. They can hold 10 to 20 people, depending on seating

The laboratories can be seated with tables for individual interviews or without tables, e.g. for group discussions. Laptops with internet access and mobile voting booths as partitions are available for individual interviews.

For information about the laboratories or inquiries about laboratory use, please contact Dr. Freya Sukalla.
