If you are interested, you can already take a look behind the scenes of the best-known and best-rated PR degree programme in the German-speaking world in the web video.

Every year, 30 students have the chance to complete the full-time programme in Leipzig without tuition fees. The Masterclass 2022 awaits an internationally oriented and forward-looking programme, as well as the opportunity to learn from the discipline's most renowned researchers and pioneers in the field. In addition, there are Erasmus partnerships with many study programmes for Strategic Communication, among others in Prague and Milan. Each semester includes English-language modules. With the help of lectures on corporate communication and management as well as in-depth seminars on financial communication, non-profit communication, marketing communication and public affairs, students can individually shape the future of research and practice. Furthermore, current topics such as the digital transformation and CommTech characterize the courses of our degree programme.

We are looking for applicants with a provable interest in the professional field, gained through initial relevant professional experience (internships, voluntary work, etc.), and a solid basic academic education with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies. Interest in international research is also essential at the most research-intensive institute in the subject in Europe.

With four internationally recognized professorships and four honorary professorships, the Leipzig institute covers all facets of communication management. The Leipzig profile is characterized by the integration of theoretical foundations, globally oriented research, and close proximity to practice through projects with first-class addresses in the field. Graduates regularly receive awards for their theses or have the opportunity to work on projects and publish. Those of you who are thinking of doing a doctorate or have their sights set on a management position in communications will receive excellent training in Leipzig.

The Masterclass 2022 will start in October this year. Applications are open from 15 April 2022 for those with a foreign bachelor's degree and from 2 May 2022 for those with a German bachelor's degree. The selection interviews will take place in July 2022. Details can be found in the information brochure.
