In the webcast, Dr Lisa Dühring presents the five points that a communications department must pay attention to in order to become agile and work more flexibly. This ranges from a new corporate culture to more agile work processes and changed departmental structures to new employee management and evaluation concepts.
The results were developed within the framework of a research project of the Academic Society for Management & Communication.
Over a period of three years, Dr. Lisa Dühring and Prof. Dr. Ansgar Zerfaß at the University of Leipzig researched how agile transformation can succeed and what needs to be considered.
