Abstract
Nikolaus Schulz is PhD student and research assistant in the research area Philosophy of Culture. His PhD project is about the development of a positive concept of alienation, which allows to think alienation in distinction from its negative, freedom-restricting meaning as a presupposition of freedom, namely as a first step of a liberation from nature.
